他人の価値観に依存している
「友達のために」「親のために」「世間にこう見られるから」といった行動基準は、実はすべて他人目線。自分を見つめ直し、自分の軸を確立していく訓練が必要だ

自分に対して制限をかけている
現状維持に執着し、失敗を過剰に恐れる姿勢からは、自分で自分を無意識に制限する傾向が見える。そうした制限に気づき、「自分に許可を出す」訓練によって変化を恐れなくなるはず

自分を肯定できていない
自分を肯定できない人は、不当に扱われることに慣れやすい一方、他人を思い通りにして自分の存在意義を確かめようとする面も。自分を尊重すれば他人も尊重できると気づいて
